This website is an independent marketing and lead-referral service operating in Kamloops, British Columbia. It is not a roofing contractor. Its purpose is to explain roofing work in this city and to connect people who need work done with a licensed local roofing company.

Only what the form asks for, and nothing behind the scenes:
There is no email field. Nothing else is collected with the form, and there is no hidden field beyond the page address described above.
Two places, and that is the whole chain.
A third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms) receives the submission and forwards it. They are a processor: they carry the message, they are not an audience for it.
A licensed local roofing company serving Kamloops. They contact you directly to arrange a quote. From that point the conversation is between you and them, and their own privacy practices apply to anything you give them afterwards.
Your details are not sold, rented, published, or added to a marketing list by this site. They are not passed to multiple contractors to bid against each other, and they are not used to send you anything you did not ask for.
If you would rather not be telephoned, say so in the message box. That preference is passed along with the request.
This site sets no cookies. That is why there is no consent banner interrupting the page.
Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or track anyone across other websites. It reports aggregate figures — how many people viewed a page, roughly where in the world they were, how quickly the page loaded. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, its servers keep short-term request logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. That is infrastructure logging rather than anything this site reads or analyses.
Quote requests are kept only as long as there is a reason to keep them — passing the request on, and being able to answer a question about it afterwards — and are then deleted. They are not archived indefinitely to build a database.
Analytics figures are aggregate counts and are not tied to a person, so there is nothing individual to retain or delete.
British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act governs how private organisations in this province handle personal information. Under it you may:
Ask what is held about you, and be told what has been done with it.
Ask for a correction if something recorded is wrong.
Withdraw consent and ask for deletion. If you have submitted a request and changed your mind, phone and say so. Note that once a request has reached a roofing company, that company holds its own copy — ask them directly as well, and this site will tell you which company it was.
